The Scientific and Practical International Conference "Public Administration in the 21st Century: Problems and Development Prospects" is an additional event within the framework of the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Public Administration in the Field of Civil Protection: Science, Education, Practice"

For the first time, the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Public Administration in the Field of Civil Protection: Science, Education, Practice" was held in 2015 with the opening of the Training and Research Center of the National University of Civil Protection of Ukraine, initially as an All-Ukrainian, but in terms of preparation and holding to the planned activities of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, joining the peers of like-minded participants from all over the world in the field of higher education reform worlds, national and socio-ecological-economic security, the formation of highly qualified managers both in the field of civil protection and at the national level. Each year, starting in 2015, the mentioned scientific and communicative event is held in the spring, gathering more than 200 scientists at its sectional meetings.

At sectional meetings, scientists from different regions of Ukraine and foreign scientists discuss the issues of normative and legal regulation of the state administration of training of specialists in the field of civil protection, improving the quality of training of higher education applicants, introduction of innovative forms of education and distance education, providing recommendations for the formation of new educational institutions , state regulation of environmental and social problems of society. According to the results of the events, an annual abstract of the scientific conference reports is published.
